All images and videos generated through Visio.ai are created using third-party APIs, specifically fal.ai. Generated content is temporarily stored on fal.ai's CDN and may also be cached on Google Cloud Storage. User-uploaded images are securely stored for up to 7 days and automatically deleted afterward. Generated content hosted on fal.ai's CDN can be removed on user request. Users retain complete ownership of their generated images and videos, without watermarks. We do not allow public sharing, posting, or publishing of generated content through our platform. Visio.ai is not responsible for any content generated using its Service. Users are solely responsible for the content they create and for ensuring it does not infringe on any laws, copyrights, or rights of others.
All sales and credit purchases on Visio.ai are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the generated content or service performance.
Visio.ai relies on third-party providers such as fal.ai and Razorpay. We do not control these services and are not responsible for any errors, downtime, or issues related to them. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We recommend reviewing fal.ai's and Razorpay's terms of service before use.
Our service uses artificial intelligence models (including but not limited to FLUX, Seedream, and others via fal.ai) to generate images and videos. AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, unrealistic, or inappropriate. You understand and agree that all AI outputs are automatically generated and not manually reviewed. Visio.ai does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy or appropriateness of any generated content. You are solely responsible for any content you generate or distribute using our service.
